    The Qommodity Voucher Package 500,000 will provide you with the equivalent of EUR 500,000 in QAA that will be credited in your QAA wallet in the Qommodity Backoffice.For the QAA to be credited in your QAA Wallet in the Qommodity Backoffice you will need to register.     The QAA Token is an Asset Backed Project/Utility token. Qommodity issues the QAA Token as part of a project with the intended outcome of establishing the complete and licensed legal structure that will issue the Security Token QAAA. 

     

    Each QAA Token represents one Voucher that can be substituted for an equal portion of the outcome of the Project. The intended outcome will be the issuing of QAAA Tokens and therefore each QAA Token will be automatically converted to an equal portion of the QAAA Token(s).

     

    GUARANTEE

    The Board of directors of Tandem Liber Holdings and its shareholders ultimately will provide a unilateral guarantee equal to one B-Class Share in Tandem Liber Holdings for one QAA Token. This Guarantee will be specified in a separate document constituting that – under circumstances - each QAA Token can be converted into one B-class shares of Tandem Liber Holdings.

     

    Under this Guarantee it is up to the joint discretion of Qommodity and Tandem liber Holdings whether to maintain the QAA Tokens after the exchange to B-Class shares as digitalized blockchain share or member register of Tandem Liber Holdings, whereby Qommodity will act as custodial company on behalf of the exchanged QAA Tokens and approved registrar of the digitalized blockchain share register of Tandem Liber Holdings. Details to be specified if and when required.

     

    RIGHTS

    Purchase, ownership, receipt, or possession of QAA Tokens carries no rights, express or implied, other than the right to use QAA Tokens as a Voucher as described above. In particular, the QAA Tokens do not represent or confer any ownership right or stake, share, security, or equivalent rights, or any right to receive future shares of revenue, intellectual property rights or any other form of participation in or relating to the Project and/or Qommodity and/or its corporate affiliates, other than any rights relating to the Voucher as described above, subject to the Terms & Conditions of Qommodity QAA Ltd.

     

    QAA Tokens will be listed and QAA Token holders may trade their tokens acquired through an exchange or through private sales. The Project and/or Qommodity and/or its corporate affiliates are no Party in any sale, private or through an exchange, other than the initial QAA Token sale under the Terms & Conditions of Qommodity QAA Ltd, and do not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever, nor on the corporate level, either on the private level.

     

    The Company reserves the right to migrate the QAA Token to another protocol in the future should the Company determine, in its reasonable discretion, that doing so is necessary or useful to achieve the intended Project outcome. If and when such arises, the Company will have the obligation to communicate such migration of protocol immediately and without delay on its website www.quommodity.io

     

    The Terms & Conditions of Qommodity QAA Ltd govern your purchase of the Voucher Pckage as well as QAA Tokens.
